Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of AlphaLett. By using the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The Service
AlphaLett is a word-chaining trivia game. You can play without an account; creating an account lets you save your streak and history, and use the Challenge feature to compete against other players.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Choose a username that isn't offensive, impersonating someone else, or infringing on someone's trademark or rights. We may remove or rename accounts that violate this, or suspend accounts used to abuse the game or other players.
- If you add an email address to your account, you can reset a forgotten password by email; without one, password recovery isn't available. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to play the game, submit entries, or interact with the Challenge feature
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape or bulk-extract the game's data or content
- Use the Challenge or account features to harass another player
- Interfere with the game's normal operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaLett and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the game evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do — continuing to use AlphaLett after a change means you accept the update.
